We random stagger seams unlike many who will repeat a pattern.
This is what we call lazy construction and not caring about your trade.

Now if you like to soundproof your floors they do make rubber matting that will deaden the sound.
Like walking on floors with heels or dress shoes will tend to travel but using soundproof pads as underlayment will lessen the clicking sounds. But these do add a bit of cost to flooring.

We will install any manufacture's flooring to a degree if we feel we will not have callbacks.

All flooring must be acclimated for 14 days.
Especially today we have found that these manufacture's are sending out materials still wet.

We have new mandatory rule due to recent pandemic changing construction habits.

Labor rate to install a standard install hardwood floor/laminate floor cost $3.25 per foot
Molding is additional caulked & puttied, no paint and cost $1.00 per foot

We would not be a honest contractor if we did not show you the one single call back.
We ever had in over 30 years. Sadly this was only call back in all the trades we have done to date.
I guess we should not cry. But just fix problem.

We will also show how we fixed this problem as we stand by all our work.

This problem happened during a pandemic which client had no option but to move in a 2 week time frame.
We also feel that this particular floor was sent out wet. Meaning right off assembly line into a truck.
Plus this was not the best locking system.
We have installed many floors not acclimated but this was 1st problem to date.

We started project then client realized they sent 1/2 of the flooring with wrong color.
But due to time constraints we still had no choice but to install flooring.

Hence why we must insist on 14 day acclamation period inside the house not in garage.
