Why We're Selective About Remodel Projects
Our loyal clients keep us fully booked, which means we don't accept every remodel project that comes our way. That selectivity allows us to focus on delivering the quality you deserve.
Time Commitment & Planning
Remodel projects are inherently time-consuming, and we believe in taking the time needed to see things through properly. However, proper planning is essential:
- No Design Plan? We recommend hiring a designer first. While we excel at problem-solving and figuring out solutions, we're not designers. Color matching and innovative aesthetic designs fall outside our expertise.
- Free Consultation: We're happy to offer a complimentary consultation. If you need more extensive time from us, we'll charge an hourly fee for that additional support.
Why We Don't Work as Your General Contractor
Many homeowners attempt to self-GC their projects—it simply doesn't work for us, period. On whole-house remodels, we need full control over the teams to stay on schedule. With rising construction costs, time truly is money.
We work with large, dedicated teams who collaborate across the same fields and regions. We've learned that working alone on large-scale projects isn't smart. Our preference? Get in, execute efficiently, and get out when possible.
Quality Costs More—But It's Worth It
These are full-time professional crews, and they cost more than hiring independent contractors or inexperienced laborers. But keeping quality employees means hiring workers who genuinely love their trade. We chose these careers because we're passionate about them.
What This Means for You:
- Fewer call-backs (except for new warranty work)
- Mistakes? Yes, we make them. But we fix them during the job, not after
- Less time managing us, more time enjoying your completed space
Our Gratitude
We invest significant time with every client, and we're grateful for the loyal clients who keep us busy. Thank you for the opportunity to earn your business.
